Dolton, Illinois area patients with smile imperfections may feel as though cosmetic dental work isn’t affordable. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The team of Pleasant Dental is excited to provide a variety of cosmetic procedures including Lumineers. Our fee structure is fair and reasonable. We work with patients, regardless of insurance status, to help them get the restorative dental care they need and the cosmetic treatments they want, within their budgets.

What are Lumineers?

Lumineers are layers of porcelain used to cover visible flaws in the smile. They are thin as a contact lens, meaning they can be bonded into place without removal of natural tooth enamel. Traditional porcelain veneers require this, so treatment irreversible. Lumineers can be removed at any point in time, making them a great option for patients who may want different treatments in the future.

What are the benefits of Lumineers?

Patients with Lumineers enjoy the following advantages:

  • Minimal preparation or removal of natural tooth enamel
  • Quick treatment in approximately two appointments
  • Thin restorations that are durable and long-lasting
  • Treatment without anesthetics
  • A fast way to achieve a Hollywood smile!

What our patients say ?

Everyone was friendly. I was seen on an emergency basis without any hassles or long wait. Small practice, but very pleasant. No frills, no excessive decor means low overhead expenses, so I would imagine a lower cost to their patients. Waiting rooms chairs could be more comfortable; too low to the floor which makes it harder to get out of for a person with limited movement or arthritis. However, I do highly recommend this practice; not a “rip-off”, as most chain or large practices experienced.
