Dr. Dean Dietrich
Meet Dr. Dean Dietrich, founder of Pleasant Dental®. He has been practicing since 1986. In 2003, Dr. Dietrich opened Pleasant Dental®, with the goal of providing excellent dental care, as well as an excellent VALUE for his patients.
Over the years, Dr. Dietrich noticed a large percentage of his colleagues and others in the dental field frequently discussing the need for increased fees. Although he is realistic about the necessity of some fee increases when the dentist’s expenses rise, he realized that the majority of these people simply wanted a greater margin of profit. Pleasant Dental® was born out of a determination to not be one of those practices. We are not here for the dollar – we are here for the patient, and the pride of knowing we deliver great quality at a great value.

Dr. Winnie Wilson Gupta
Dr. Winnie Wilson Gupta did her Dentistry in India before moving to Chicago, Illinois. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree.
She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially treating children. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work in an amazing environment like Pleasant Dental that allows her to expand her knowledge and offer more inclusive treatment to her patients. An important philosophy is the importance of building meaningful relationships with the entire family by providing exceptional and quality service. Dr. Winnie likes to stay active and in her spare time enjoys biking, hiking and exploring the different cuisines the Windy City has to offer.
Dr. Naik
Dr. Naik graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2012 and completed her dental residency in Brooklyn, NY in 2013. After working as a dentist for over 12 years, her favorite part is seeing the same patients over the years and watching them grow (from kids/toddlers becoming teenagers to parents becoming grandparents). She is best known for her warm demeanor and how she thoroughly answers questions and explains options. Although Dr. Naik is a North Carolina native (go Tarheels), she has spent the last decade serving the Chicago community. She has two sons and enjoys spending time outdoors, doing artwork, and cooking.
